Well a lot has happened since our last post and I will try to catch you up without putting you to sleep. As the title reads, our dinner on the outdoor deck at the Samburu Simba Lodge was interrupted when a pride of seven lions walked by. Cindy looked down below the deck and saw the lions walking by and called them to our attention. Of course that stopped dinner and everyone got up to watch them pass. It was a fantastic sight. The only bad thing was, it was too dark to get any photos of them.
We have been to several lodges and game parks and taken many game drives. So below are a few photos of the game we have seen.

The drives from one game park and lodge to another game park and lodge have been long, hot, bumpy, dusty and filled with extraordinary sights as seen below.

Sometimes it doesn’t go as smoothly as you think it would. Getting through the river was fine, getting up the bank was another story. Well, we don’t want to overload you so more later.
