We were in search of a good reasonable seafood restaurant on the North side of the Island. What better way to find out where a good, reasonable (cheap) restaurant is, than to just ask the locals where they go for good seafood? So we asked one of the fine ladies at the timeshare where she goes and she directed us to the Dolphin Restaurant in Hanalei.
The fish was great and the desserts were fantastic but I think her definition and my definition of reasonable are a lot different!
Oh yeah, did I mention the desserts?
Our last day in Hanalei we spent at the local farmer’s market, trying and buying new kinds of fruits and vegetables.

Okay, okay -- with the last four photos do you see a pattern here? Cindy is trying to corrupt me while I try to maintain my body as a temple! Maybe not a temple more like a cathedral .
Now on to the fresh fish for dinner. We are now at our timeshare in Poipu and we have hooked up with Heather, Taki, Nikos and Olive. Since Nikos and Olive are freeloading off us we sent them out to get fresh fish for dinner. We figure they should contribute too!
The fishing was hard, the day was hot but they stuck with it and in the end…
we enjoyed a great fresh fish dinner. Wait for our next entry for photos of when we sent them out to rustle up some steaks!
